Smart Passive Income – Pat Flynn

After John Jonas, I am know a fan and the newest subscriber of Pat Flynn.

Pat Flynn is one of those 6-digit blog earner who have made a great name for himself. He was an architect who got laid off. Instead of giving up and not doing anything, ‘he took a small blog about an architectural exam (the LEED exam) that he’d been using to help himself study for the exam and turned it into a six figure income generation machine.’

He’s first blog that earned him those hundred thousands dollars is called Green Exam Academy and his newer blog, Smart Passive Income, wherein he post tips on how he is able to earn passive income through his blog.

I found out about Pat Flynn from Darren Rowse’s blog. He and Pat met online via Skype and did a 40 minute or so interview for Pat to share his wonderful story.
